Field Trip Planning
The UC Davis Tahoe Environmental Research Center education team provides a unique opportunity for students to learn about Lake Tahoe, the surrounding watershed, local environmental issues, and the research underway to protect this special place. For more information about field trips and signing up for field trips please visit TERC's field trip page.
UC Davis will continue to host workshops for local-area teacher professional development at the Tahoe Center for Environmental Sciences. Our goal is to increase awareness and interest about the Tahoe Center with a focus on science curriculum and hands-on science activities. We will host available programs such as Project WET, Project Webfoot, Project Learning Tree, Project WILD, Wonders of Wetlands, Trout in the Classroom, etc.
